A website analysis report by Jendee Web Design Services will provide you with key information to help you enhance your website and improve your search ranking. Our website analysis reports include keyword check, link check, link popularity, load time, meta tag check, spell check, validation of html syntax and W3C validation. Mini-Reports consist of analysis for only the home page, whereas a Complete Report is for an entire website. Additional fees may apply for websites over 12 pages. We allow for one free report per website semiannually.

Report Summary: Jendee Web Design Services provides Mini (free) and Complete (paid) website analysis, optimization and promotion reports. These reports offer valuable information to help improve your web pages and increase your search engine ranking.

Keyword Check: Keyword Check provides a keyword frequency analysis of your web page and allows you to compare your results with other web pages. This information can be useful to help optimize your web pages for search engines.

Link Check: Link Check scans your web pages for broken links. The report includes total links checked and total broken links as well as a list of all the links contained in the web page.

Link Popularity: Link Popularity provides a detailed report on the number of websites that link directly to your web pages. Many search engines use Link Popularity as a factor for determining page rank.

Load Time: Load Time Check implies the scanning of your web pages in order to obtain the total page size in KB. Next, an estimate of how long a typical user would have to wait for your web page to download at various connection speeds is provided.

Meta Tag Check: A Meta Tag Check evaluates and reports on any problems with your description, keyword and title Meta Tags.

Spell Check: Spell Check reports a list of possible misspelled words on your web pages and provides a suggestion for the corrected word if it is available in the database.

Validate HTML Syntax: The HTML Check report lists possible HTML syntax errors and warnings. The report includes the line number that contains the HTML error.

W3C Validation: The W3C Validator will read the web page and determine the applicable standards. It will look for things such as missing tags and quotations; as well as other hand coding errors. We will provide a report indicating whether the coding on your website is correct or not.
