How do I access my Account Manager?
Upon receiving your required forms and deposit, you will be emailed your Username and Password.

How do I reset my password?
Select "HELP: Did you forget your password?" on the Client Login page.

How do I view my invoices
Invoices are in a PDF format. You will need to download Adobe Reader for free to view them.

How often is my Account Manager updated?
Account Manager data is updated whenever there is a modification in your services.

How do I select a domain name?
When you're ready to launch your website and you're trying to select a good domain name, there are many factors that need to be taken into consideration. Yes, as long as you have not agreed to any terms with your current registrar that would prohibit you from forwarding, transferring or editing your domain settings. In most instances, you will be able to have Jendee Web Design Services simply reconfigure your current DNS settings to point to your new hosting server.

How much will it cost?

Do you use Flash animation in your website design?
We use flash sparingly, if at all, and only when required. It is important to note that there are times when flash animations can be an asset and when they can be detrimental. For instance, it would be unwise to use flash to create an entire website or entire pages of your website; as search engines are not able to read the content of flash. Therefore any words used in animations will not be indexed by the search engines.
